I didn’t reach my Goodreads Reading Challenge, nor did I have much time to enjoy YA fiction (too many uni papers to read through, the last thing I wanted to do after 8hrs of research was touch a book!). Consider this a short but sweet list of books I enjoyed in 2019, from least to most memorable.

Oh, do read it! Especially now that the series is complete. I’ve only read book 1, and I can’t wait to read more.

I have Bridge of Clay and Dry sitting on my TBR shelf right now. I’m looking forward to them!

Bridge of Clay was great, but it also drags– so beware! It was my first ever Zusack story so idk if it’s just his thing to write long books with regular descriptive chapters.
Dry was a great and pressing premise of the world’s climate rn. Esp for Australia!!!
